Abacer Invest ABwas founded with the ambition to bring together successful entrepreneurs in banking and finance under a common vision - To build synergies and economies of scale through active ownership and great commitment to jointly deliver fantastic products and services to our clients.
Abaceris owned by the staff and by the venture capital fund Uequity (www.uequity.se). With a venture capitalist behind us, there are resources and a clear plan to build long-term value in our portfolio companies.
Abacer has a close collaboration with the securities firm Peak AM Securities AB (www.peakamsecurities.se) and all our portfolio companies act as tied agents under Abacer's framework agreement with Peak AM Securities AB.

Mattias Åström
CEO
Mattias has extensive experience from leading positions in banking and finance from investment firms as well as from companies linked to umbrella organisations. Mattias has founded several financial companies and is one of the initiators of Abacer Invest AB.

For more than 30 years, Kjell has worked in banking and finance in Sweden and internationally. Previous employers include Chief Financial Officer at SEB Aktiv Placering AB, CFO for HSBC Stockholm branch, Administrative Partner and Group CFO ABG Securities ASA and CFO for Kepler Capital Markets S.A.

Daniel has a past in retail banking - the Nordea sphere - and several years as an entrepreneur in the financial industry. Throughout his professional life, Daniel has worked in the financial world in the Nordics and has thereby built up significant private as well as business networks.

Danielis an entrepreneur and has more than ten years of experience in the financial industry as a manager and as an expert in unlisted entrepreneur-led companies. Previous employers are the Norwegian Embassy, Hjelmco oil, Verdana and Kuhne & Nagel.

Tommy Cumselius
Tommy is a private investor and financial consultant with over 45 years of experience from leading positions in banking and finance. Among other things, he has worked in the Savings Banks sphere, the Provincial Banks sphere, Carnegie and Nordea; most recently as Head of Private Banking Nordea Stockholm and board member of Forex Bank. Tommy is also chairman of the board of Nynäshamnsbostäder AB.
Dennis Engström
Dennis has over 15 years of experience from leading positions in both securities companies and fund companies and in 2011 founded the Peak group including Peak AM Securities AB.
Mats Planthaber
Mats has more than 30 years of experience in asset management and stock brokerage. Previous employers include Alfred Berg, Humle Kapitalförvaltning and HQ Bank.
